How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery takes 7–10 days within the United States and 7–21 days internationally. Customs can add time on international orders.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide, on every order, with no minimum. You will see $0 shipping at checkout.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day it arrives. The charm needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping is paid by you. Email support@christgiftstore.com and we will send you the return address.
Blessed Virgin Mary or Saint Jude — which should I choose?
Both charms are identical in size, weight and finish; only the figure differs. Blessed Virgin Mary is the more common choice for protection and comfort. Saint Jude is the patron of difficult causes. Choose the story that means more to you — or to the person you are giving it to.
How big is it, and where can I hang it?
It measures 26 cm / 10.2 in from the top loop to the tip, 8 cm / 3.15 in across, and weighs 55 g. That is light enough for a rear-view mirror, a bedpost, a doorknob, or a bag strap.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. We email your tracking number as soon as the charm ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Email support@christgiftstore.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once processing has started we may not be able to change it.
